1) Вылечить полностью зубы; 2) Пройти курсы первой медицинской помощи; 3) Если с физухой совсем туго - подтянуть по возможности. Чтобы ворога в прицеле не смешить.
Как то так думаю. Ну и вдумчиво подсобрать экипировку, "чтоб було" тоже, уверен, нелишне.
